Vulnerable Heart

I made this vulnerable heart 4 years ago. I had stitched a few for an artisan market we had at our community hall.
The message is this:
A vulnerable heart is an open heart, it feels everything, the pain and the pleasure, the peace and the chaos.
It continually strengthens itself with being present to whatever emotions arise, nothing is too much for the vulnerable heart. It has lived through it all.
May this tiny precious heart be a symbol of strength and courage in living a full and wholesome life.
It is made from preloved fabrics and tiny crystal beads.
