There was a time in my life when I was in free-fall.
The terror of not being in control felt both terrifying and shaming especially as my role had always been the 'strong' one. I craved for someone to hold my hand and look me in the eye and tell me I was going to be alright. That I was human and it was okay to fall apart, my body asking for some deep changes from within and all I needed to do was listen.
My training in Indigenous trauma recovery and energy medicine in combination with my own experience in the trauma trenches has given me the ability to deeply listen and bear witness to others during their healing crisis. When we are vulnerable we need reassurance and kindness. My intention is to be there for people so they can feel held, understood and validated.
You can experience handholding in a 1:1 private session or I can create group circle so you can all experience the process.
